These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and winpak ("the Company," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the winpak platform at winpak.asia, including all betting, casino gaming, instant games, lottery, payment services and any other services provided by winpak to players in Pakistan.
By registering an account on winpak, completing the winpak Login process or placing any wager or bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the winpak platform and must close your account immediately.

Access to winpak is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. Registering on winpak constitutes your declaration that you meet this requirement. winpak reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Each player may hold only one registered winpak account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. winpak will close all duplicate accounts and may withhold any balances associated with fraudulent multi-account activity.
All financial transactions on winpak are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL and Meezan Bank. winpak does not charge deposit fees; withdrawal processing timelines vary by method as stated in the Payments section below.
All promotional offers and bonus credits issued by winpak are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits and game contribution rates stated at the point of offer. Misuse of bonuses — including low-risk covering bets designed to abuse promotions — may result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winpak Login credentials. winpak will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your password or failed to secure your registered mobile number. Report any suspected compromise immediately to winpak support.
winpak supports responsible gaming and provides deposit limits, session controls and self-exclusion tools to all registered players. Players acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and agree to use these tools proactively. winpak enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all services without exception.
Important: These Terms and Conditions apply to all players using the winpak platform regardless of the device, location within Pakistan, or game category accessed. Using any part of the winpak platform constitutes acceptance of all terms set out below.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
2.1 By creating an Account on winpak, completing any winpak Login session, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and winpak with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations and understandings.
2.3 winpak reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
2.4 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the winpak Platform and request closure of your Account by contacting winpak support.
3.1 Registration and use of winpak is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age at the time of registration. This requirement applies without exception to all services on the Platform including cricket betting, casino games, slots, lottery and instant games.
3.2 By completing registration, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years of age. winpak treats any false declaration regarding age as a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 winpak reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the Player relationship, including at the point of first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid Pakistani passport.
3.4 Where winpak determines that a Player is under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any Real Money Balance returned to the registered payment method after deduction of any winnings accrued during the period of underage use.
3.5 Players must be registering and using the Platform in their own name and on their own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person or using another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
Age Requirement: winpak enforces a strict 21+ age policy. If you are under 21 years of age, you must not attempt to register or access any service on the winpak Platform.
4.1 To access the winpak Platform's full functionality, you must register an Account using a valid Pakistani mobile number. The mobile number you provide becomes your primary account identifier and recovery contact.
4.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) winpak Account. The existence of multiple Accounts under the same individual — whether registered with the same or different personal details — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
4.3 You must provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration. winpak relies on the information you provide for KYC, payment processing and account recovery purposes. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.
4.4 winpak reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where the Company reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation or violation of these Terms.
4.5 You are responsible for keeping your Account registration details current. Changes to your registered mobile number must be communicated to winpak support and verified before taking effect.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winpak Login credentials, including your mobile number, password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your Account.
5.2 winpak will never request your password via email, live chat, SMS or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from winpak that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
5.3 You must notify winpak support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. winpak will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.
5.4 winpak recommends enabling 2FA on your Account and using a strong, unique password not used on any other platform including JazzCash, EasyPaisa or email accounts.
6.1 All deposits to winpak accounts are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL and Meezan Bank. winpak reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
6.2 All deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from payment accounts registered to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
6.3 Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your winpak Account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one (1) business day to reflect depending on the originating bank's processing timeline.
6.4 winpak does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges for which winpak bears no responsibility.
6.5 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit initiation within your winpak Account.
7.1 You may request withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time subject to the conditions set out in this section. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
7.2 All withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible.
7.3 winpak reserves the right to conduct KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC, proof of payment method ownership or additional documentation as reasonably requested. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in withdrawal delay or Account suspension.
7.4 Indicative withdrawal processing timelines:
7.5 winpak reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms.
8.1 winpak offers promotional bonuses from time to time including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and tournament prize pools. All promotions are governed by these Terms and any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
8.2 Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
8.3 winpak applies a maximum win cap on winnings derived from Bonus Funds unless the specific promotion states otherwise. The applicable cap is communicated in each promotion's individual terms.
8.4 Systematic or coordinated abuse of winpak promotional offers — including but not limited to the use of low-risk or zero-risk covering bets, matched betting strategies, or the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer multiple times — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
8.5 winpak reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Offers that have already been accepted and partially used will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
9.1 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by winpak, it cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed by the Player. winpak's decision on the outcome of any bet or casino game result is final.
9.2 winpak reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the outcome was determined by a technical error or data feed malfunction; (b) the bet was placed after the event outcome was known; (c) the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error.
9.3 All casino game outcomes on winpak are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game events captured on live video stream. winpak does not manipulate game outcomes.
9.4 Cricket betting markets on winpak are subject to specific cricket betting rules applicable to the relevant competition, including PSL, international Test series, T20 and ODI formats. Specific cricket betting rules are available within the sportsbook section of the Platform.
9.5 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all game categories and are displayed at the point of bet placement within the winpak Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winpak Platform:
winpak reserves the right to immediately suspend any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation. Accounts confirmed to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
11.1 All content on the winpak Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of winpak or its licensed third-party suppliers.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the winpak Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to downloading, copying, modifying, distributing or reverse-engineering any part of the Platform.
11.3 The winpak name, logo and associated trademarks may not be used without the prior written consent of winpak in any context whatsoever.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winpak shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.2 winpak does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond winpak's reasonable control.
12.3 winpak is not responsible for telecommunications network failures, internet connectivity issues or device-side problems that affect your ability to access the winpak Login page or any other part of the Platform.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit winpak's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13.1 winpak is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the potential harms of excessive gambling. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:
13.2 winpak will not target marketing communications at Players who have activated self-exclusion tools or who have closed their Account due to problem gambling concerns.
13.3 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available on the winpak Responsible Gaming page and to seek support from appropriate professional organisations.
14.1 You may request closure of your winpak Account at any time by contacting winpak support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeline, subject to KYC verification.
14.2 winpak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion where: (a) these Terms have been materially breached; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected or confirmed; (c) the Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10; (d) regulatory requirements mandate account closure.
14.3 Where winpak closes an Account due to confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, the Company reserves the right to retain any balance pending regulatory investigation and to report the matter to relevant authorities.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising therefrom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming jurisdiction under which winpak operates, as updated from time to time.
15.2 In the event of any dispute regarding a bet outcome, game result, payment, Account decision or any other matter arising from your use of winpak, you must first contact winpak support in writing and allow a reasonable resolution period of fourteen (14) calendar days before escalating the matter further.
15.3 winpak's decision on any dispute is final and binding unless the Player can demonstrate manifest error on winpak's part.
16.1 winpak reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date of the most recent version is displayed at the top of this page.
16.2 For material changes to these Terms, winpak will endeavour to notify registered Players via their registered mobile number or within their Account dashboard prior to the changes taking effect.
16.3 Your continued use of the winpak Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
17.1 For general support enquiries, complaints regarding your winpak Account, payment disputes, or questions about these Terms and Conditions, please contact winpak's support team using the contact details below. All complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and investigated within 14 calendar days.
17.2 winpak support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may reach the support team via the support email address displayed in the footer of every page on winpak.asia.
